You may also notice that most of the cereals most likely to contain GM corn are children's cereals. It is the children in America who are being fed the most GMOs. As we commemorate the 225th anniversary of our U.S. Constitution, I would encourage Americans to actually read the document with particular emphasis on all the amendments that have been added since it's ratification in 1789.

As I've traveled the country to teach patriotic Americans about the Constitution from the viewpoint of the Founding Fathers, it's amazing to see the lights of understanding that comes over people when they realize the document the Founders gave us is much different than the one our government is operating under today. The Constitution they gave us resulted in only 6 percent of the world's population producing over half of the wealth of the world in less than 100 years from its inception.

And it was written under the similar conditions we face today — high inflation, monumental national debt and disunity among the people. The Founders gave us seven articles and 12 amendments by the year 1804. Since the Civil War, our nation has added amendments 13-27, some of which have weakened or destroyed the designed system of protection for the American people from an over-aggressive federal government.

Today, any agency (IRS, EPA, OSHA, etc.) of the Federal Government can come into your home or place of business to fine you, garnish your wages, shut down your business or imprison you, and there is no one at the state level who can stop them. The Constitution is all about providing freedom from abuse by those in authority.

It was designed to control something, which has not changed nor will ever change — namely, human nature. "Bind them down from mischief with the chains of the Constitution," said Thomas Jefferson. For example, before 1913 and the passage of the 17th Amendment, our U.S. senators were to be the wall of protection we needed from a runaway federal government. Theirs was the job of protecting states' rights, protecting the people and conserving the nation's resources.

Today, both houses of Congress function identically, both beholden to the people for their job, thereby opening the door to massive spending of the taxpayer money to satisfy the masses, leaving the states little or no representation. As a result, our national debt is an astonishing $16 trillion, we're over-regulated, over-taxed and over-burden with problems that Washington, D.C., is incapable of fixing. Problems such as education, taking care of the poor, regulation of businesses, etc., are better solved at the state and local level.

As we commemorate an inspired document created to stand the test of time, we encourage all Americans to study that document from the viewpoint of the Founders and teach your children and grandchildren. We encourage you also to be an active participant in the political process by becoming knowledgeable and informed, thereby choosing leaders who are wise and understanding.

Our problems are not Democratic or Republican. The system is broken, and the reparation needed is the restoration of the Constitution.

(NaturalNews) Before the Democrat-led Congress voted to approve President Obama's healthcare "reform" law, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California declared, "...We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it."
Never before in recent memory has a sitting House speaker demonstrated such disregard for the public's right to know regarding a massive new entitlement, what it meant to them, what it would eventually cost and, most importantly, its impact on American society.

Now, some two-and-a-half years later, with most public opinion polls still showing that a majority of voters dislike Obamacare, Americans are going to be spoon-fed propaganda regarding the law's "benefits," while of course the law's negative effects (on employment, on business expansion, on the ability of the healthcare system to even handle the coming tsunami of new patients) will be ignored or downplayed.
What's more, you're going to be paying for this propaganda.

It all starts - where else? - in California.

'Good story lines here'
According to The New York Times, the state - which is drowning in debt - has already begun constructing a healthcare insurance exchange mandated by the law. That has included, of course, the hiring of 100 new state workers, a consulting firm and a web portal developer.

"Realizing that much of the battle will be in the public relations realm, the exchange has poured significant resources into a detailed marketing plan - developed not by state health bureaucrats but by the global marketing powerhouse Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, which has an initial $900,000 contract with the exchange," the Times reported. The firm's plan is to tap Hollywood, where some of Obama's most ardent support comes from, to sell this turkey to the American public.

Ogilvy envisions television shows like "Modern Family," which features a gay theme (EDITOR'S NOTE: I WATCH THIS SHOW AND EVEN THOUGH THERE'S A GAY COUPLE, THE SHOW ITSELF DOESN'T "FEATURE A GAY THEME" I THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER TO SAY PROGRESSIVE THEME), and "Grey's Anatomy," weaving Obamacare into story lines - all in a positive manner, of course.

Plans are being discussed to pitch a reality television show about "the trials and tribulations of families living without medical coverage," according to the Ogilvy plan. ... "I'd like to see 10 of the major TV shows, or telenovelas, have people talking about 'that health insurance thing,' " said Peter V. Lee, the exchange's executive director. "There are good story lines here."
Propaganda replacing honest, open debate

When officials feel they still have to "sell" Obamacare to the public more than two years after it has become law, what does that tell you about the public's faith in the law, much less it's popularity? This was a major accomplishment for Obama, yet he rarely mentions it on the campaign trail (EDITOR'S NOTE: HE MENTIONS IT ALL THE TIME) and is never pressed about it by the mainstream media.

Because Obama and his supporters know, pure and simple, that the law isn't popular. And it's not popular because, so far, it is not delivering on any of its promises (lower healthcare prices, lower insurance premiums, etc.).
So it's got to be sold. You've got to be "convinced" it's a good law.

And why not? After all, you're paying for it.
The insurance exchange being set up in California "has so far been financed by three grants, worth $237 million, from the federal government," the Times reported. "Most of the money is committed to consultants, including Accenture, which has a $327 million contract to build and support the initial operation of the enrollment portal."

Remember that the liberal media was furious that the federal government would promote the war in Iraq inside Iraq, and furious that the Department of Education would hire PR flacks like Armstrong Williams to talk up Bush education programs on cable news. So where is their outrage at the idea that federal grants would promote ObamaCare advertising inside network TV entertainment programs?

Researchers, led by Vancouver's Dr. Danuta Skowronski, an influenza expert at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control, noticed in the early weeks of the pandemic that people who got a flu shot for the 2008-09 winter seemed to be more likely to get infected with the pandemic virus than people who hadn't received a flu shot.

Five studies done in several provinces showed the same unsettling results. But initially research outside Canada did not, and the effect was dismissed as a "Canadian problem," a problem with the flu vaccine used in Canada.

But a new study suggests the findings were real.

Skowronski and a group of researchers have recreated the event in ferrets. Their findings were presented Sun-day at the Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, a major international infectious diseases conference taking place in San Francisco.

Skowronski, who outlined the work at a webcast press conference, worked with 32 ferrets, giving half the 2008 seasonal flu shot and the rest a placebo injection. The work was blinded, meaning the researchers didn't know which ferrets received which shot. Later, all the ferrets were infected with the pandemic H1N1 virus.

The ferrets in the vaccine group became significantly sicker than the other animals, though all recovered.

"The findings are consistent with the increased risk that we saw in the human studies," Skowronski said.

The reason is unclear and Skowronski urged other research groups to take up the question. She said it's important to get to the root before the next pandemic. But in the meantime, Skow-ronski insisted the findings should not deter people from getting flu shots.

Doctors Engaging in Class Warfare

The same week that Dr. Pan publicly played the “class” card, he was joined by vaccinologists Dr. Saad Omer and Dr. Neal Halsey, who echoed Dr. Pan’s bigoted accusation in the same news article. Just like Dr. Pan, Drs. Omer and Halsey put the blame for higher personal belief vaccine exemption rates at private schools, such as the Waldorf Schools, on “wealthy” parents.

Dr. Omer has published a series of medical journal articles profiling parents taking non-medical vaccine exemptions and criticizing state laws that allow parents to take exemptions. ^{[7] [8] [9] [10]} According to the AP article, Dr. Omer said he “surmised that more private school parents are wealthy and have the time to spread five shots over a series of years and stay home should their child get an illness like chickenpox.” 

Dr. Halsey, who I debated publicly in 1997 about informed consent to vaccination, ^[11] told the AP reporter that “parents who choose private schools are likely to be more skeptical of state requirements and recommendations.”  With that grossly inaccurate generalization, Dr. Halsey attempted to politically stereotype parents filing vaccine exemptions in order to explain why children attending private schools that respect parental rights and health care choices -,like Waldorf schools - have vaccine exemptions.

When doctors politicize vaccine exemptions in order to engage in class warfare, they are crossing a line that reveals more about who they are than the families they are trying to stereotype and marginalize. Dr. Pan, who has assumed the mantle of lawmaker, and Dr. Omer, who enjoys six federal vaccine research grants funded by the CDC or NIH, ^[12] and Dr. Halsey, who has funding from SmithKline Beecham and the Gates foundation,^[13] likely are not struggling to pay the rent or pay for groceries.

Doctors Want Fewer Medical Exemptions, More Power

Drs. Omer and Halsey are now calling for doctors to deny even more children medical exemptions to vaccination because they are unhappy that states with stricter non-medical exemptions have a higher rate of medical exemptions! ^{[14] [15] [16]}

So let’s get this straight – what Drs. Pan, Omer, Halsey and medical trade groups really want is for state legislatures to grant doctors police powers to force parents to violate their conscience and deeply held religious beliefs in addition to doctors having the power to deny medical vaccine exemptions to children, many of whom are already vaccine injured.

That is a lot of power. That is power without accountability or liability.

Could it be that doctors with financial ties to medical trade associations, vaccine manufacturers and government health agencies are lobbying so hard to severely restrict or get rid of all vaccine exemptions because, every day, there are more and more Americans, who know somebody who was healthy, got vaccinated and was never healthy again?

IRVINE, Calif.—Supplements that contain DMAA (1,3-dimethylamylamine ) can not be legally marketed in the United States if product owners don't submit a new dietary ingredient (NDI) notification to FDA, according to a warning letter the agency send Regeneca Inc., a company that sells the DMAA product RegeneSlim. Further, FDA questioned the legal status of DMAA regardless if the company submits an NDI notification.

FDA said DMAA requires an NDI notification because it was not marketed in the United States before Oct. 15, 1994. Supplements sold after the passage of  Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1995 (DSHEA) must submit notifications to FDA at least 75 days before introducing the product to the market.

Per DSHEA, an NDI notification must show the ingredients have a history of use or safety evidence, such as citation to published safety articles, that establishes, when the ingredients are used under recommended conditions, they are reasonably expected to be safe.

In this warning letter, FDA said no information demonstrates that DMAA was lawfully marketed in the United States before Oct. 15, 1994. Also, FDA said no information shows it is present in the food supply.

Further, FDA said even if the required NDI notification had been submitted, the agency said no evidence establishes DMAA as  reasonably expected to be safe. Therefore, FDA said  RegeneSlim is likely adulterated....(read more at above web link)
